Join us on March 20, 2025 for a webinar designed to help finance teams examine tools and strategies to optimize Q2’s role in the annual cycle. With a practical checklist and strategies for accountability, this session will help your team be equipped to bridge gaps, recalibrate plans, and seize opportunities. Transform the typical quarterly review into a proactive, value-driven process that drives alignment and supports long-term success.

After completing this webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the financial planning cycle across all four quarters and evaluate Q2 as a strategic inflection point by conducting a reforecast based on at least one quarter’s worth of performance data and identify at least 3 key metrics needed.
  • Identify and define a minimum of five core KPIs used in the financial reporting model, and demonstrate how to align at least two departmental dashboards and OKRs to those KPIs using structured data and visualization tools.
  • Differentiate between budgeting approaches for early-stage and growth-stage companies by analyzing the impact of at least three automation tools or processes on forecast accuracy, and explain how monthly departmental reviews reduce forecasting variance by a measurable threshold.
  • Utilize a pre-formatted Excel-based FP&A model to generate at least one monthly budget vs. actuals report, track performance across a minimum of three departments, and automate the calculation and reporting of at least five KPIs over a rolling 12-month fiscal period.
